2.1 The averments made in the said writ petition reveal that ... recording of the case land
in Government Khata under Abada Jogya Anabadi status. Accordingly,
R.O.R. under Section
State Government and the kisam of the land was recorded as
Anabadi. The petitioner claimed that the ex-Intermediary, namely,
Dhaneswar Routray and others ... Petitioner while admitting
that the suit land was part of Anabadi land, which has been leased out to
the father of the petitioner
