2. It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Multipurpose
Health Assistant (MPHA
Petition is filed declaring the action of
respondents in not awarding 10 marks for the service rendered
by the petitioner for more than one year ... arbitrary.
2. Sri G.V. Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioner
submitted that this writ petition is filed seeking weightage of 10
marks for service
