of the report of the audiogram conducted ... directed the learned advocate of the State
respondent to file the audiometry report of the petitioner given by the SSKM
Hospital. At the time
perform all basic and special
audiological test i.e. Pure tone
audiometry, Tympanametry etc.
(b) To conduct regular speech therapy clinics
independently for the deaf

"Refd to any Govt. Hospital for Pure tone audiometry. The
Audiogram should have a psted photograph attested on it."

West Bengal
were no complains and the petitioner was referred to BSF
Hospital for Audiometry. The petitioner was called for review
test after 10 days before
there is
no Audiometric set up, i.e., pure tone Audiometer and
Audiometry sound proof room are not available in the
Hospital at present
SSKM hospital for examination. He was
examined. A report on Pure Tone Audiometry has been relied upon
in support of the contentions that the petitioner ... from a
hospital has not been made available on record. From Audiometry
report it is not possible to say the extent of the disability suffered
report as to the
hearing impairedness of the petitioner. All tests
including audiometry is to be done for filing the report
before this court.

audiometry test of the persons who want to be declared as hearing
impaired ... such machine when it was installed in the
hospital?
