the BPLE Appeal
purported to be
under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 being BPLE
Case No. 07/2017, notice whereof has been served on the petitioner
Constitution of India, whereby and whereunder order dated
27.11.2018 passed in BPLE Case No. 07/2018-19 has been
assailed mainly on the ground that

3, said to have been passed in BPLE Case No.C-1 of 2019-20 under the
Bihar Public Land Encroachment ... view thereof, the notice as contained under Annexure-2 issued in
