B.S.E.B. to give benefit ... case.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that examination
of BETET 2011 was held in the year 2011 by Bihar School
Examination Board, Patna. Petitioner
forgery and
manipulation in the database relating to examination of BETET,
2011, for which, an enquiry was conducted and after enquiry it
transpired that
petitioner that
he was bona fide candidate and he has completed BETET 2011
and result card having Sl. No. 6 has been provided
