assessee filed bank statement of Punjab National Bank, Bhondsi, Sohna
Road, Gurgaon (A/c No. 3415) and Bank Account of Gurgaon Gramin
that
there was some agricultural activity in the lands owned at Village Bhondsi, District
Gurgaon, but, the yield is minimum as the land is barren ... indicate that there
is no agricultural income at Sohna and Bhondsi. In view of the above, the AO held
that there are no agricultural activities
specifically
held in view of his findings that the land situated at Bhondsi
Village being agricultural land, was not stock in trade ... respect of real estate
other than of agricultural land held at village Bhondsi.
5. That the Learned CIT(Appeals) has further erred in upholding
Dinesh Gupta towards refund of
advance of plot no.1025 at Bhondsi, area of plot is 1acre
9-6-2004 Sadhna Gupta 122500 Being amount ... given towards refund of advance of plot
no.1024 at Bhondsi,area of plot is 1acre
9-6-2004 Kamlesh Gupta 122500 Being amount given
article in question was booked from the China Post Office to Bhondsi Post
office and on inquiry it was revealed that the registered article ... been lost at Bhondsi Post office.
Thereafter, the Appellant was requested to register a complaint with the office of booking (in
China) for compensation
