previously under the provisions of Jharkhand Regularization of
Unauthorized/Deviated Constructions through Regularization ... petitioner to get
22% non-condonable part of deviation in the building demolished. In
my considered opinion, the impugned order order dated 27.03.2018
contained

the preparation of the Building programme.

(vi) To certify, on completion of a particular building, that
it has been constructed according

the building permit as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and
violative of Articles ... right though the
constructions are being made without any deviations from the
building permit. He further submits that such interference is
being caused
respondent Nos.4 to 7 have got building permission but constructions
are with certain deviations, for which provisional and confirmation
orders have been issued
