as required for retrieval of materials on the mobile phone.
Investigating agency shall notify

Learned APP for the State submits that the mobile phone of the
petitioner has already been sent to CFSL
officer of the
case for sending the seized mobile phone of the petitioner to the CFSL, which
was considered and allowed by the court.
