10.09.2021 issued by the respondent Railways.
Against the said order ... Whatsapp Number, over telephone and sending him a hard copy of closure intimation letter.
But the petitioner inspite of that did not come

reads as follows: -

Closure Intimation.
Please refer to the captioned complaint against the bank

pending as against him.
The petitioner was informed about the file closure intimation as well.
2. However, he was granted liberty to apply for fresh
redressal his grievance. Copy of notice issued
to respondent No.5 intimating closure of the complaint and the written
instructions are placed on record. Notices

there has been valid service.
2. Impugned is closure intimation dated 1st April, 2022 issued by
the Banking Ombudsman, rejecting petitioners' complaint under
hearing through
video conference. The Appellant stated that only the case closure intimation was
given to him. However, the copy of the inquiry report
shows that no specific procedure has been
prescribed for intimation regarding permanent closure of a business to the
respondent. Unlike a proper procedure and format ... nothing is prescribed for its withdrawal or cancellation. Thus, the
intimation of permanent closure is to be inferred from the Act and Rules thereunder.
Rule
strictly correct, as would be noted hereinafter, as the intimation regarding closure of the bank
account of Jalveen was contained in a later communication dated
limited to the property owners, customers and the
employees intimating about the closure of operations of the
Target and the Acquisition by the Acquirer ... appropriate 'mutually agreed
communication to stakeholders of the target intimating them
about closure of operations of the target and acquisition by the
acquirer
