quarters. No purpose would be served by keeping the proceedings
POCSO Act does not say anything about the consent or forceful or
coersion. Even assuming that the victim had not resisted

respondent-plaintiff has not complained any duress,
coersion and undue influence and threat. She submits
that she has voluntarily signed
lawful compromise. None of
the parties have complained any duress or coersion.
Accordingly, the compromise petition is admitted on
record.
