Petition seeks to move an Interim Application for stay of the order of
which ... contempt has been claimed. The application has been made

8. While issuing notice in the contempt petition ... December, 2019,
the learned Single Judge passed an interim order:
"This contempt petition is filed alleging violation of order dated 2 nd

dated 21.5.2019, instant contempt
petition is filed. Interim order dated 21.5.2019 reads thus:
"The interim order passed in the writ appeal ... considered in this contempt petition is whether there is any wilful
contempt or not. No directions can be issued in the contempt case. In

said direction can be said to have been vanished.
5.1 There is no gainsaying that the order dated 28.6.2018 is an
interim ... final merits. Since

interim in nature, we are of the view that the purpose would

therefore, the Contempt Petition No. 5/2019 was filed by the applicant.

Petition No. 5/2019 was filed by the applicant in which the respondents
justified, nor it is a
legally sustainable practice.
42. With the writ petitions allowed by the aforesaid
directions to the State Government to continue ... contempt action against the
respondents at this stage against the alleged violation
of interim orders passed by this Court and, therefore,
the contempt petitions
