constructions submitted

Via Raj Ballav Para, Girish Mancha, Cossipore Road).
The said application
continuing by the Anti Fraud Section of the
Kolkata Police in Cossipore Police Station Case no.58 dated 24 th
April, 2024 under Sections 120B
matter relates to the property standing at the
premises No.87E, Cossipore Road, Kolkata-700002.
From the documents annexed to the writ petition,
it appears ... that as per
resolution of MIC meeting dated 23rd August, 2007,
Cossipore Matsya Sayambhar Gosti is engaged for
pisciculture in the water body.
The petitioners
approximately 391 sq.
meter at premises no. B/112/1/H/5, Cossipore Road, Ward No.6, Borough-I,
Kolkata- 700002 within five days from
before the Income Tax Officer and
also before the Officer-in-Charge, Cossipore Police Station alleging
that he never opened any bank account with
