bidding process, i.e., EDCIL India Limited-opposite party
no. 4 has been blacklisted by Bihar Skill
Technical
Support Group (TSG) at Educational Consultants of India Limited (EdCIL) to
provide technical support in functional areas pertaining to access, equity and
quality education
pursuant to
the Indicative Advertisement No.2/2017 dated
24.10.2016 issued by Edcil (India) Ltd.

Executive Director, EDCIL (India) Limited with regard to
revocation of blacklisting of opposite party
