Management ("BRM") tool, came across the fake website
www.gingerhotelmumbai.info, which prominently displayed the plaintiff's
registered trademark ... GINGER' at the homepage of the website. The said
website purported to be a website through which the booking in the
'GINGER
then
showed the properties in the name of the complainants on fake website of
DDA and demanded money from the complainant in the name ... from DDA. There are
serious allegations of they having created a fake website to show that the
properties have been allotted to them and thereafter
dated 20th July, 2022;
"4. In the meantime, all the three fake online
marketplaces with the infringing domain names being
CS (COMM) 135/2022 ... Lamba.
