Petitioners were having
petitioners have not qualified the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (in short
'HTET') and initially when the advertisement was issued, petitioners were
not eligible ... recruitment as one time measure, however, such persons shall have to qualify
HTET eligibility test and B.Ed. by 1.4.2015 and in case they fail
relaxation in qualifying Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test
(hereinafter referred to as 'HTET')/School Teachers Eligibility Test

grant one-time relaxation/exemption to the petitioners,
qua the qualification of HTET and B.Ed., for the post of Trained
Graduate Teacher (Arts), against ... petitioners do not possess the qualification of Haryana Teachers
Eligibility Test (HTET) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), but they do
have requisite teaching experience
respondents in not accepting their certificates of having passed the HTET,
on the ground that the subject Head given in such certificates shows a
particular ... cannot rely on the HTET certificates in the subject of Social Studies.
The other petition of similar nature is stated to be CWP

Since there was a requirement of
clearing the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) certain set of
candidates had also filed writ petitions, lead case ... orders were passed for provisionally interviewing candidates who did not
possess the HTET certificate and who had raised the issue that the HTET
test

(iii) Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test
(HTET)/School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET)."
Thus, though the petitioners were eligible ... also required to have the passed the Haryana
Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) or the School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
