the eligibility clause, Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test
(HTET) qualification was mandatory for purposes of

Education). The petitioner is HTET qualified in 2011 valid
till December, 2016.
The contention of Mr. Yadav
that such person shall have
to qualify the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) and B.Ed. Degree
by 01.04.2015 and on failure ... applying for the
said post, are exempted to acquire qualifications of passing HTET/STET and
B.Ed. as one time measure.
(c) (ii) A person
subject. In addition, candidate
should have qualified Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) or School
Teachers Eligibility Test (STET) of the respective subject conducted ... School Education, Haryana, Bhiwani. The note gave one time
exemption to HTET/STET to candidates who have worked for minimum
four years till April
regards one time exemption being granted to candidates as
regards qualifying HTET/STET Examination is contained in note-3 of the
advertisement which reads ... following terms :-
"A one time exemption of HTET/STET for teachers who till 11.04.2012
have worked for minimum 4 years in privately managed Govt
minimum of 4 years to exempt candidate from passing the
HTET/STET (Tests) as one of the essential qualification. The Haryana State
Education School Cadre ... that is, on 11.04.2012. As per Note 2, the relaxation of passing HTET/STET
was by way of a one-time exemption to those candidates
this Court.
Those candidates who had cleared Haryana School Teachers Eligibility
Test (HTET) prior to cut off date, their result was declared by Haryana
Staff ... which may be called list-I.
Those candidates who have cleared the HTET examination after the cut
off date of receipt of applications
denied to any of the
eligible candidates, who have qualified the HTET,
which is one of the components of eligibility for
appointment as PGT (Mathematics ... thereby, scrutiny to weed out
ineligible candidates as have not passed the HTET or
are disqualified for other reasons and thereafter from
the total number
read as follows:-
"Note 2. A one time exemption of HTET/STET has been granted to
the candidates who have worked for minimum ... date of applying for the said post.
They will have to qualify HTET not later than 1st April 2015
otherwise their services will be terminated
regards one time exemption
being granted to candidates as regards qualifying HTET/STET
Examination is contained in note-3 of the advertisement which
reads ... following terms :-
