petitioners have not qualified the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (in short
'HTET') and initially when the advertisement was issued, petitioners were
not eligible ... recruitment as one time measure, however, such persons shall have to qualify
HTET eligibility test and B.Ed. by 1.4.2015 and in case they fail
relaxation in qualifying Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test
(hereinafter referred to as 'HTET')/School Teachers Eligibility Test
(hereinafter referred to as 'STET ... directing the Board to grant relaxation in the
condition of qualifying the HTET certificate in the case of the
petitioners, who are fresher and have
requirement as note 2 thereof only states that for
exemption of passing HTET/STET, experience required is
as a teacher in the school ... eligibility conditions Clause (b)
thereof, the certificate of having qualified HTET/STET
was to be of the respective subject for the post applied.
The exemption
Since there was a requirement of
clearing the Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) certain set of
candidates had also filed writ petitions, lead case ... orders were passed for provisionally interviewing candidates who did not
possess the HTET certificate and who had raised the issue that the HTET
test
qualification of having passed Haryana Teachers Eligibility
Test (in short 'HTET')/State Teachers Eligibility Test (in short 'STET') in the
subject ... been
taken into consideration for granting her exemption from passing
HTET/STET.
It is the contention of the counsel for the petitioner that the
petitioner
given whereby exemption from passing
STET/Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) is given to the
candidates who have worked as Teachers for a minimum period ... Hindi as one of the subject and
(b) Certificate of having qualified HTET/STET. Further under Note-2,
one time exemption of HTET/STET

advertisement dated 7.6.2012 as he
did not possess the qualification of HTET which is one of the requisite

exempted to acquire qualifications of passing
