2. The question which arises for consideration is whether the
notification dated ... Annexure A-8) and reduced the eligibility

selection of teachers for Classes first to eight and for Lecturers ... submission of applications was 12.8.2011. The pattern of question
paper of HTET 2011 was Multiple Choice Questions with a total number of
150, each carrying
regards one time exemption being granted to candidates as
regards qualifying HTET/STET Examination is contained in note-3 of the
advertisement which reads ... following terms :-
"A one time exemption of HTET/STET for teachers who till 11.04.2012
have worked for minimum 4 years in privately managed Govt
appellant, reads as under:-
"Note 2. A one time exemption of HTET/STET ... date of applying for the said post.
They will have to qualify HTET not later
than 1st April 2015 otherwise their services
will be terminated
crucial date i.e. 11.04.2012 to claim exemption from qualifying the
HTET/STET Examination.
The present writ petition has been filed raising a grievance that ... regards one time exemption
being granted to candidates as regards qualifying HTET/STET Examination
is contained in note-3 of the advertisement which reads
whether any candidate can be granted the eligibility certificate known
as HTET in a particular subject, despite the fact that not even one question ... holding that petitioner was not entitled to get
certificate of HTET, with subject area as Sanskrit Language Teacher, the
petitioner has approached this court
