LTC Rules reproduced above, would show that there is a definite Scheme incorporated therein regulating the grant of LTC. The employees have been granted LTC ... advance, as illegal. We hold him entitled to payment of LTC claim under the LTC rules, read with Govt. of India decisions applicable

grant of Leave Travel Concession (LTC) and in case they do not avail the
aforesaid benefit, then in that situation ... does not avail of the
Leave Travel Concession (LTC) in that block years and in case the aforesaid
benefit of Leave Travel Concession (LTC
petitioner has been reconsidered and the amount due on account of LTC
benefit has already been paid to the petitioner, the present writ petition ... behalf of the respondents, read as under:-

In the present case also the facts ... which were in the case of aforesaid referred to case; in this case the assessee had reimbursed expenses for LTC to its employees without deducting
claim of Leave Travel Conces-
sion (LTC) made by him and has also recorded his request that his case may
be considered sympathetically. From ... aforesaid fact,
the Tribunal proceeded to record that a false LTC claim was made by the
petitioner although he made a representation on the same
annum on the
delayed payment of retiral benefits including the LTC. The petitioner had
earlier approached this Court by way of filing ... interest on the delayed
payments."
For the LTC, it was stated that the case was kept pending till
the decision of the Government
this Court.
6. In this case, question that arises is whether the qualification "Shikhsa Visharad (LTC)" obtained by Smt. Krishna Devi from Hindi
children or adopted
children for the facility of LTC is not applicable in the
following cases:-
1.(i)Those employees who have more than ... residing with the Govt. employee for their
entitlement for LTC but their LTC in fact will be limited for
the distance upto the headquarter/place
