Account. A notice u/s 91 CrPC was sent to Mobikwik ... details of account having cheated amount. In its reply,
Mobikwik provided the details. After the analysis of given
details, it was observed that the cheated

Kotak Bank, Citibank, PNB, Jio Payments Bank,
Mobikwik, PhonePe, etc. A perusal of the internet
would bring out the monetary

others availed digital loan from different companies like TATA Neu, Mobikwik
etc. by producing fake documents like Aadhar Card, PAN Card
dubious transactions
as per which the petitioners through the software 'Mobikwik' and the mobile
numbers of the victims used to send messages
were
fraudulently transferred from her SBI Credit Card to Mobikwik account, the
present FIR was registered and thereafter, during the investigation, the
petitioner was arrested
Petitioner‟s representations seeking investigations into the data breaches at
Domino‟s, MobiKwik, Air India and BigBasket."
