encroached upon a land on the bank of Irang river, the DC
Manipur acquitted them on the ground that the land that they were
occupying ... Government of
Manipur. These two villages are within the 50-Kangpokpi (Gen)
Manipur Legislative Assembly Constituency and are within the Outer
Manipur Parliamentary Constituency
