overage, could not participate in the selection process. Accordingly, the
petitioners filed ... 5231/2020 praying for relaxation of their overage.
This Court disposed of WP(C) No. 5231/2020, vide order dated 19.12.2020, by
directing the Director
earlier advertisements by the State respondents, the petitioners have became overage
and relaxation of the overage has to be done by the State respondents ... pursuant to the

petitioner by 6 months should be relaxed.

applications were, however, rejected on various grounds, one of the
grounds being overage.
Petitioners' counsel submits that the VFA Training Course has commenced from ... Admission Notice dated 25.01.2021, it is seen that
besides the ground of overage, other reasons for rejection of their candidature have
also been reflected
