overage, could not participate in the selection process. Accordingly, the
petitioners filed ... 5231/2020 praying for relaxation of their overage.
This Court disposed of WP(C) No. 5231/2020, vide order dated 19.12.2020, by
directing the Director
earlier advertisements by the State respondents, the petitioners have became overage
and relaxation of the overage has to be done by the State respondents ... pursuant to the
Notice/Advertisement (Annexure-18) alongwith the relaxation of their overage. If the

overage, could not take part in the selection process and as such, could
process by around 6 months. He accordingly prays that overage of the
petitioner by 6 months should be relaxed.

applications were, however, rejected on various grounds, one of the
grounds being overage.
Petitioners' counsel submits that the VFA Training Course has commenced from ... Admission Notice dated 25.01.2021, it is seen that
besides the ground of overage, other reasons for rejection of their candidature have
also been reflected

relaxation of their age. The State respondents thereafter relaxed the overage of
the petitioners, after obtaining the approval of the Cabinet ... nothing to show that there was no relaxation of the petitioners' overage
