petitioners have further placed on record a translated copy of
Khatauni Pamaish of Village Sersa pertaining to Khasra Nos.373, 374 along
with other Khasra ... Khatauni Pamaish, it appears that the
afore-said Khasra Nos.373, 374 along with other Khasra Nos. were
converted into a new Khasra
show Sh.Kanwal Singh as
owner of the suit property a Khatoni Pamaish of the year
1980-81 which ... been filed. This Khatoni
Pamaish does not bear the signature or stamp of concerned
Revenue Authority.
Hence, it is not a document to show that
