As this application has arisen out of the POCSO Act, 2012 , the petitioner
judgment and order dated 18.08.2022, passed by the learned
Special Judge (POCOS)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati in
Sessions Case No. 131/2018 ... also received the relevant record from the Court of learned Special Judge
(POCOS)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, pursuant to the order
dated

one train ticket from Silchar to Haflong and one black colour POCO mobile handset from the
possession of the petitioner. All those were seized
tablets totaling 20 tablets suspected
to be restricted drugs, one POCO mobile phone with sim card from the possession of the
petitioner.
