after the delivery the wife of
the complainant was bleeding per Vagina
(PPH). The relatives of the complainant donated blood
for transfusion ... party the flow of blood was not
stopped. Since the PPH was not controlled
and upon the pressure by the complainant and his relatives
that fortunately
child could be saved but her condition deteriorated because of PPH
bleeding which was very severe and which could not be controlled.
Learned ... bleeding
was on account of her infected condition and not due to PPH or
operational wound.
16. Learned Advocate Smt. Shah has further submitted that
immediately after birth, baby was shifted to Nursery due to prematurely. No PPH, no tear. She was discharged on 27.11.2009.
After going through the case
referred the patient to higher centre, which was correct
decision to control PPH due to coagulation failure. Then it cannot be
said that there

cardiac respiratory failure because of severe anemia with PPH". It is
further stated in the complaint that the complainant being BPL card holder ... delivery due to "cardiac
