Trust ("SBUT").
2. In Mumbai, the 'C' Ward is widely acknowledged ... structurally
unsound condition. It is here that the 5th Respondent, the SBUT,
has for the past decade or so undertaken what is conceivably
June 2018. Original Plaintif No. 7,
the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust ("SBUT") had already been
impleaded as Plaintif No. 7. It applied ... that amendment in paragraph 15 of my 14th
June 2018 order.
2. SBUT came into the suit as a Plaintif by virtue of a
conveyance
allot and deliver to the Petitioners each a transit
accommodation in SBUT project in South Mumbai and in
the meantime not to pull down/demolish ... because they have now dragged in the Saifee Burhani Upliftment
Trust ("SBUT") without even making it a party to the Petition
being redeveloped or
reconstructed by the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust ("SBUT"),
now the sole Plaintiff.
2. The Court Receiver was appointed on 30th ... that
appeal within the next two weeks.
5. Mr Tulzapurkar for SBUT has instructions to state that
subject to an order in the appeal setting
development in a highly congested area of Mumbai being
undertaken by SBUT, the 5th Respondent. The densities here are
among the highest in the world
opposition from Plaintiff No. 7, the Saifee Burhanuddin
Upliftment Trust or SBUT is that it has already been held to be the
owner occupant ... think he can be shut out from the consideration
altogether. The SBUT may well stand on a completely different
footing. I will give MHADA
