The Market Committee, Sonepat, has filed this writ
petition to impugn the award passed by the Industrial
order dated 11.04.2009 (Annexure P-4) passed by the
Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat.
Respondent-Rajni, who is widow of Sandeep Kumar son
of Rajbir Singh ... Misc. No. M- 22209 of 2010 -2-
transferring the plot situated in Sonepat which the petitioners had
agreed to transfer on the name
marla was acquired on
17.5.1990 in Village Fazilpur, Tehsil and District Sonepat. The
award was announced on 12.5.1993 and Sector 13 was carved out
along ... Haryana.
The petitioner applied for 10 marla plot in Sector 13, Sonepat, on
1.2.2001 on the prescribed proforma along with 10% earnest
money. The petitioner
thus,
unsustainable.
Similar writ petition No.690 of 2010 concerning to District
Sonepat and relating to some other village was disposed of by this
Court ... with direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat, to
examine if such plots were allotted fairly or were allotted on the
basis of pick and choose
