neuro surgeon had to taken if
the tumour had any intra spinal extension and as in this
particular case there was no such extension ... during the operation which indicated
that the tumour had spread into the spinal area and as
this required the intervention of a Neurosurgeon, the
neglect
both the legs due to bullet injury sustained in the spinal cord. As her proper treatment was not possible, she was referred to Delhi ... internal examination, the doctor recovered a metallic bullet from her spinal cord which had caused extensive damage in thoracic spine and paralysis in hall

that the tumor was at D10-11 position outside the spinal cord?
In
our view, such defence cannot be accepted.
The consulting radiologist ... Sharifabi Ismail Sayed, developed suspected tumor in her back outside the
spinal cord and was having difficulty in walking, but could sit comfortably.
For that
position to talk and had suffered severe
injuries to his spinal cord, he could not lodge the
complaint. That subsequently, his wife made an enquiry ... that he was treated in various hospitals and
