appellant
submits that the petitioner had suffered permanent disability on
account of spinal injuries he suffered and there was weakness
in his lower limbs which ... vertebral body with retropulsion of fracture
segment causing significant thical and spinal cord compression.
It was also noticed that there was wedge compression fracture
brow; in the column of organ
condition of cranium and spinal cord, no injury on the
brain and spinal code has been noticed rather ... spinal cord was not opened when dissection was done.
The another injury was scattered on the waist (lumber)
and one echymosis was noticed
with
fracture of spinous process. Fracture fragments were
impinging upon the cervical spinal cord leading to
laceration and haematoma formation in upper cervical
spinal cord ... death was due to
injury on vital organ i.e. cervical spinal cord leading to neurogenic shock
and hemorrhagic shock due to injuries to liver
employment, he fell down from their house
property thereby sustaining fractures in spinal cord apart from sustaining
multiple injuries all over the body ... fallen down from the premises and sustained injuries
leading to fracture in spinal cord. However, the Labour Court arrived at a
conclusion
husband would be put to hardship as he is
suffering from "spinal muscular atrophy-Type-III left
quadriceps muscle" and he requires ... that effect, he has produced the

As a result, the deceased sustained severe injuries and spinal cord was
fractured and both the legs were completely damaged and nervous ... would submit that the deceased suffered severe fracture on the spinal
cord and both the legs were immobilised and totally bedridden and he
was continuously
employment, he fell down from their house
property thereby sustaining fractures in spinal cord apart from sustaining
multiple injuries all over the body ... fallen down from the premises and sustained injuries

petitioner met with an accident on 23.01.2015 and sustained
grievous injuries in spinal cord and taking continuous treatment for more than 6
months. The petitioner ... more than 11 months. Again, the petitioner developed pain in the spinal
cord and took treatment from 01.10.2017 onwards. The respondent has checked
period of 30 days on the
ground of medical treatment (spinal cord operation) of his
brother.
