The petitioner, who was working as a Store Keeper in Sree
Payyannur Subrahmanya Swami Temple, Payyannur has approached this

and toilet finishing works for new international Terminal
Building by the CIAL, after ... inviting
tenders. The work involves flooring with varieties of tiles
and finishing works of toilets. The contract period for the
work is 8 months reckoned
JUDGMENT
The petitioner who has undertaken certain contract works
under the Rural Water Supply Scheme to Pulimath Koduvazhanoor
Village has approached this Court in this ... work in question and some materials
were also used for other works and the balance materials were
returned to the Divisional Store, as evident from
stranger.

4. Petitioner was working as a salesman in a
Maveli store. He was the custodian of the key of the store
room
against provisions
in the "Store Purchase Manual 2013".
