After the
formation of the Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Ltd.(TANCEM), the subject
properties were transferred from Tamil Nadu Industrial Development
Corporation Madras to TANCEM ... dated 26.05.1981. The grievance of the appellants is that TANCEM has
relinquished the acquired lands, as the lands were not required by them
rebutting the entire charges on the facts and
against the provisions of TANCEM service rules and also on the ground of
jurisdiction as well ... 4969 of 2017

is the competent authority to take any disciplinary action against

transferred from Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation ... Madras to
TANCEM as per G.O.Ms.No.1224, Revenue Department dated 26.05.1981.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the TANCEM has relinquished
formation of Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation
Ltd,(herienafter referred to as 'TANCEM') the subject properties were
transferred from Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation ... Madras to
TANCEM as per G.O.Ms.No.1224, Revenue Department dated 26.05.1981.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the TANCEM has relinquished
petition at this council on 17.01.2014 against
Tamilnadu Cements Corporation Ltd. (TANCEM),
Chennai – 600002 for settlement of belated payment.
