2. With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands
dismissed. We clarify that ... event any
adverse order is passed by the competent authority under the
TNPID Act . We also clarify that we have otherwise not
expressed any opinion

Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (TNPID) Act and has been
sentenced to undergo 24 years of rigorous imprisonment
Judge, Special Court under
the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors
(TNPID) Act, 1997 , Coimbatore, wherein it is recorded that
the petitioner has already
proposal to
the Government in accordance with Section
3(ii) of TNPID Act.”
Though the said order was passed by the Special
Judge
connected matters pending before the Special
Judge (TNPID) Chennai shall be disposed of on a day to day basis, no later
than within a period
passed in OA No. 10/2025 passed by the Ld. Special Judge, TNPID
Act, Coimbatore.]
