revenue land as Shamlat, Taraf, Patti, Panna and Thola would vest
in Panchayat only if the same

the suit land is the ownership of Shamlat Taraf Pati. Sukhdev Singh and
Nihal Singh, father of defendant No.1 was owner
valid deed.
