respondent took up the issue of the applicant of lower pay being

Their next channel of promotion is to the post of Tracer and from
the post of Tracer to the post of Draughtsman ... Draughtsman was discontinued. Vide letter dated 25.07.2006,
the posts of Draughtsman and Tracer have been deleted from
SRO-14E of 1989. Tracers became a dying
Annexure 1, the applicants were directed to be redesignated as 'Tracer' in the pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000 i.e. the same ... have filled up the post of D'man by promotion from Tracer. Subseqeuntly by a telex dated 27/28.12.1995 quoted at reference
