authorities, he was promoted to the post of Tracer in officiating basis by an
order dated 31.03.2000 issued by the Respondent ... only. Though the salary was
stopped, however, he continued to work as Tracer in the promoted post till
the month of December, 2009. Thereafter without
respondents-Corporation for providing
him an alternative post of Record Tracer. Subsequently,
the petitioner was examined at the APSRTC Hospital,
Tarnaka and was found unfit ... provide him the
alternative post of Record Tracer. In consideration
thereof, the petitioner was appointed as Record Tracer on
23-4-2013.
4. The grievance
Municipal Corporation, Amritsar, as
Draftsman, in his own scale and pay of Tracer. A prayer has been made
in the writ petition that the condition ... order dated
25.2.1992 (Annexure P7), that on promotion from the post of Tracer to
that of Draftsman, the petitioner is entitled to the salary
Blue Printer on 27.01.1967.
The petitioner was appointed on redesignated post of Tracer on
24.10.1973 and he superannuated from service ... Printer
