Council insisted that the petitioner should supply a Transcript Certificate
from the university. The petitioner thereupon wrote to the university on
22.11.2019 and requested that ... issued a Transcript Certificate.
When the certificate was not issued, the petitioner sent a legal notice dated
28.01.2020. Since no reply was received
respondent to issue the "Attempt Certificate"
and "Medical Transcript Certificate" pertaining to his
medical education.
3. It is the case ... direct the 1st respondent to
issue the Attempt Certificate and Medical Transcript
Certificate pertaining to the medical education of the
petitioner, as expeditiously as possible
subjects, however, despite repeated requests, the
University has not issued the transcript certificate which is insisted by the Bar
Council to process the request
