"OPINION : From examination of the sample herein referred
to and the result obtained by analysis ... that the contents of the sample contain one dead inset.
Hence, unsafe for human consumption."
12. Though, the appellant/opposite party
Food Analyst vide his report Ex.C-3, declared the fruit jam
unsafe for human consumption as the same was having foul
smell ... contents of the sample contain foreign matter
and the foreign matter is having foul smell. Hence,
unsafe for human consumption.
