What could be gathered from the report
history of the patient reveals that he is admitted for
vertigo from 02/05/2022 to 11/05/2022 and was diagnosed with

examination that she was suffering from blood pressure and
vertigo, she feels weakness and giddiness. No doubt, she has not
filed the documentary evidence ... spend on

19. Normally, the blood pressure and vertigo patient takes
medicine regularly. Considering this fact brought by
respondent/husband in her cross-examination
knowledge of the company that the DLA had history of
Vertigo, which was not disclosed. The said medical history was
prior to the reinstatement ... where under the DLA had taken the treatment for
unconsciousness and Vertigo, only for one day. Nothing has been
mentioned in the history that unconsciousness
which is on the right parietal region was present complaining vomiting and vertigo.
