converted into caffeine and if all the samples tested
sent to it during investigation, the said samples were found to
contain acetylcodeine, monoacetylmorphine, diacetylmorphine and
Dextromethorphan. It is also stated in the said report ... specifically stated that it is not scientifically possible that

said sample contained 10.8%
of diacetylmorphine, alongwith acetylcodeine and
monoacetylmorphine. Whereas, the second sample, which was sent to

said sample contained only 6% of diacetylmorphine alongwith
paracetamol, caffine, acetylcodeine and monoacetylmorphine. The
huge discrepancy in the contents of the samples
morphine used
for the preparation of heroin, results in the formation of
acetylcodeine.
Thebaine is a minor alkaloid in Papaver somniferum, present
were found to contain „Diacetylmorphine‟, „Acetaminophen‟, „Caffeine‟,
„Dextromethorphan‟, „Acetylcodeine‟, and „Monoacetymorphine‟. The FSL
Report has been submitted before the learned Trial Court along with
confirmed that the sample answers positive test
for Diacetylmorphine, 6-Monoacetylmorphine,
Acetylcodeine, Trimethoprim & Acetaminophen.
(d) A Charge sheet has bcen filed in the Court ... confirmed that the sample answers positive test for
Diacetylmorphine, 6-Monoacetylmorphine, Acetylcodeine,
Morphine, Dextromethorphan, Caffeine & Acetaminophen.

(heroine), Morphine-3-acetate, 6-Monoacetylmorphine and Acetylcodein
have been detected in Exhibit-A and Pseudoephedrine has been detected
Examination, Exhibits HS1 were found to
contain Diacetylmorphine, Acetaminophen, Caffeine, Codeine, Morphine
Acetylcodeine, 6-Monoacetylmorphine and Alprazolam".
3.9. Voice samples of all the arrested
result as given: Diacetyl morphine (heroine), Morphine-
3-acetate, 6- Monoacetylmorphine and Acetylcodein
have been detected in Exhibit-A and Pseudoephedrine
has been detected
Acetaminophen', 'Caffeine', 'Codeine',
'Morphine', 'Acetylcodeine', '6-monoacetylmorphine' and 'Alprazolam'.
