following results were obtained:
(i) 6-Monoactylmorphine (6-MAM), Acetylcodeine
and Alprazolam (covered under NDPS Act ) were

detected in the content of each ... samples by CFSL. Result from CFSL showed presence of
Monoactylmorphine, Acetylcodeine and Alprazolam in the samples. Tandon,
J., inter alia, held the retesting was contrary
contraband which
were seized are Diacetylmorphine, 6-Monoacetyimorphine,
Morphine-3-acetate, Acetylcodeine and Alprazolam.
However, the same have not been quantified by the
chemical examiner
follows:
"1. Diacetylmorphine (Heroin), 6-Monoacetylmorphine,

Morphine, Codein and Acetylcodein (all are covered under NDPS
Ac).
2. Papaverine and Noscapine (both
reflects that
contraband seized contains Diacetylmorphine (Heroin),
6-Monoacetylmorphine, Morphine-3-acetate, Acetylcodeine,
Morphine & Codeine and the same have not been quantified
Chemical Examiner's Report which reflects that
Diacetylmorphine (Heroin), Acetylcodein, 6-
Monoacetylmorphine, Morphine, Codeine & Alprazolam (all are
covered under NDPS Act ) and Acetaminophen
Chemical Examiner's
Report which reflects Diacetylmorphine, 6-Monoacetylmorphine
and Acetylcodein.
