which the Report of Analysis is as under:-
"Heroin (Diacetylmorphine), O6Monoacetylmorphine,
Acetylcodeine, Paracetamol & Caffeine were detected in sample 1.

Acetylcodeine ... Paracetamol & Caffeine were detected in the
sample 2.

sent to it during investigation, the said samples were found to
contain acetylcodeine, monoacetylmorphine, diacetylmorphine and
Dextromethorphan. It is also stated in the said report ... specifically stated that it is not scientifically possible
that Dextromethorphan or acetylcodeine or diacetylmorphine would get
converted into caffeine and if all the samples tested
Acetaminophen', 'Caffeine', 'Codeine',
'Morphine', 'Acetylcodeine', '6-monoacetylmorphine' and 'Alprazolam'.

The chargesheet has already been filed. The accused is stated
recovered mixture of
51.61 grams as per CFSL report [Diacetylmorphine (Heroin);
Monoacetylmorphine; Acetylcodein; Diazepam; Diphenoxylate] was
recovered from the possession of the petitioner
found to contain 'Diacetylmorphine' (52.5%),
'6-Monacetylmorphine', Acetylcodeine', &
'Acetaminophen'.
