The petitioners, who are Authorised Wholesale
Distributors (AWD) appointed under the Kerala Rationing
Order, 1966 in Kasaragod District, are aggrieved
proceedings held the petitioner Society eligible for appointment
and accordingly the petitioner was appointed as AWD-1.
