2. Heard the learned counsel appearing ... transport vehicle, the driver
was legally expected to hold a badge authorising him to
drive a transport vehicle. But, Annexure-1 driving licence
particulars
vehicle drove the vehicle at the time of the
accident without a badge. Admittedly the vehicle
involved in the accident was a transport
vehicle. There ... driver at the time of the accident was not
having a badge to drive a transport vehicle. No
contention is seen to have taken that
respondent, as he was not holding a valid driving
licence and a badge for driving the goods vehicle involved in
the accident was not considered ... second respondent was not
holding a valid driving licence or a badge for driving the
