25. It was denied if the respondent ever demanded copy ... bed head ticket of the patient. The appellants might have
obtained the signatures of the respondent on a paper but the bed head ticket
BED HEAD TICKET as requested instead of three days and the opposite party No. 4 had tampered with the BED HEAD TICKET and the operation ... tampered with the BED HEAD TICKET and the operation note. So, the BED HEAD TICKET and the operation note cannot be accepted as true

shows that the deceased was admitted ... suppression of
