these writ petitions, the petitioners have
sought overlapping reliefs concerning Bike Bot Scheme.
In Writ Petition (Crl.) No.197/2021, following reliefs
have been claimed ... petitioner:

Bike Bot Scheme, wherein the Petitioner has been
arrayed and will be arrayed

Mandleshwar road on BOT basis, pursuant to which bid of
Mhow Agroh Pathways Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter ... Project
Highway') on build, operate and transfer
(BOT) basis, through .... (Name of
Concessionaire), hereby certify that the
Tests specified in Article 14 and Schedule
initial years. This defeats the very purpose of
inviting the project on BOT basis and as the Corporation did not have
amount of `1150 crores

Scheme Scam registered within the State of NCT of
Delhi
