pension beneficiaries to the appellant. The appellant pleaded that he had
applied many times for old age pension, however, the same was not given ... pension introduced by the State Government. The beneficiary details
of the said scheme should be made public on the lines of BPL list which
sought certified and attested copies of the
following:
1 "Railway services (pension) rules, 1993.
2 Pass rules of Indian Railway to attend department action ... Enquiry place in
any place in India."
The appellant being a BPL candidate, sought certified and attested copies free of cost.
