Plaintiff states that it adopted the mark HOBSONS for
brandy in the year 2011 and has been using the mark openly, continuously
and extensively since ... registration of the mark HOBSONS in Class 33 in relation to
brandy, whisky, vodka, rum, wines, spirits and alcoholic drinks,
Registration No.2027068 was granted
registration of the mark "EFKAY'S FIVE STAR
MYSORE BRANDY" in class 33 was rejected.
4. The said application was filed ... trade mark
consisting of word "EFKAY'S FIVE STAR MYSORE
BRANDY" was filed by the aforesaid Applicant under
application
they received information that the
petitioner along with other persons were selling brandy at a higher rate
taking advantage of the closure of liquor shop ... 11485 of 2022
person was found in possession of brandy bottles. On seeing the police,
the other person escaped from the scene of occurrence
product in the market. The plaintiff manufactures
whisky, run, gin and grape brandy amongst other types
