(ii) Inspection of documents, notes and files in respect ... vigilance case file No. 13011/14/2020-D(Vig- MES&BRO) and CPIO
vide their letter dated 28.07.2023 requested the appellant to inspect
Ministry of Defence OM No. 13011/16/2021-D (Vig- MES &
BRO) dt 01 Feb 2024 based on CVC advice in the ibid case ... Copy of correspondence exchanged between CVC and CVO (MES & BRO),
MoD and in the ibid case between
CPIO, Ministry of Defence, D(Vigilance/MES&BRO) furnished a reply
to the Appellant on 24.01.2024 stating as under:
"Please find enclosed ... 31019/03/RTI/2022-D(Vig-MES&BRO)/112 dated 24.01.2024 (copy
enclosed). As the information pertaining to remaining parts, was not heid
BRTF.
It is intimated that as per procedure in BRO, paid vouchers of SW bills
(Muster Rolls) are held with the Accounts office ... CPIO refused to provide the requested information,
stating that, as BRO is included in the Second Schedule ( Section 24 exemption),
the documents cannot be provided
under:

(क) सीमा स़िक संगठन (BRO), सीमा स़िक षर्कास मण्डल (BRDB) का
