The Complainant also approached Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, (in short,
CGRF) Kozhikode, which rejected his complaint. Complainant contended that ... avoid
electricity disconnection. Also, as per High Courts directions the Complainant
approached CGRF of OP. But, CGRF rejected his request.

view, the present dispute should
have been referred for decision to the CGRF and the
complaint as per above provision should not be filed ... District Commission, it should actually be filed before the
CGRF for getting the bills rectified from the department.
