A Division Bench of this Court in Anil Kumar (Supra) has held that vague and general allegations, by themselves are insufficient to constitute 'cruelty'. Even otherwise, when allegations made in plaint are considered cumulatively also, it cannot be said that there has been continuous ill treatment, cessation of marital intercourse, studied neglect or indifference which may lead to inference of 'cruelty'.
